Uğur Beton’s quality is proven by the ISO 9001 Quality System Certificate obtained from TÜV zheinland International Standards Certification and Audit Inc.
Uğur Beton has certified that it is a company sensitive to nature and human health with the ISO 14001 Environment and OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety Systems certificates obtained from TÜV Rheinland International Standards Certification and Audit Inc.
In line with customer demand, Uğur Beton has successfully carried out the SA8000 Social Compliance Management System audit and has demonstrated that it fulfils its obligations in a clear and lawful manner.

Company employees at all levels are obliged to operate in accordance with the requirements of the documented quality management system.
Uğur Beton Quality Management System is an integrated system that includes management policies, quality objectives, organisation and documentation. It is not only an inspection and control process, but also determines the general and special conditions for all activities related to quality and the components of these activities.
Physical Control
It is confirmed that the products produced in series are in the desired dimensions. During this process, a 3D measuring device working with computer-aided programmes is used. During the control process, the dimensions in the technical drawing sent by the customer are taken as reference. When dimensional deviations are observed, production is intervened. This process is repeated until the problem is solved.
Strength Control
Mixture samples of mass production products are taken. They are kept under the same conditions as the produced concretes and broken with the help of a computer-aided hydraulic press test machine at day intervals in accordance with the standards. It is confirmed that the concrete is at the strength values requested by the customer. In low strength products, it is aimed to reach the desired values by changing the formula. This process continues until the targeted values are achieved.
Assembly Control
The produced concretes are assembled with special fasteners to the plastic boiler, which is also special and supplied by the customer, and controlled.
