Uğur Beton was founded by the late entrepreneur Mehmet ATILGAN (1950 – 2001). On the date of establishment, production started in a 1,550 m² closed area on a 5,583 m² land.

2001

Following the separations between our founder Mehmet Atılgan, our company has institutionalized by taking its global title on the foundations laid with its dynamic structure, professional management and Mehmet Atılgan’s future investments.

Between 2002 – 2010

The Aegean region has opened a uterim range with investments,

In the production area; It has strengthened its production activities as the first facility to implement and integrate press applications in Turkey.

The production for foreign demands has been met with Press and Wet processes, and exports have begun,

It has received many quality awards at home and abroad and has promoted its production worldwide,

With the increase in awareness of quality, agreements have continued with leading main industries that need balance weights and it has become a backup supplier.

It has strengthened laboratory units, which are the key to quality production, with technological infrastructure.

It has increased efficiency by incorporating the molding shop structure,

Between 2010 and 2020

It has increased its exports by providing land supply to many locations of white goods giants in Europe.

A patent has been received from the Turkish Patent Institute for the meeting called “High strength ship balance weight concrete” in the maritime and shipbuilding sector.

It has designed many weights to be combined in shipyards and these weights have been used in different shipbuildings on different continents.

It has started exports with sea transportation and continues to offer a variety of varieties with alternative special balance weights.

Abroad; Unlike the supplies it provided to German, British, Italian, white goods giants, it started to be an appearance supplier for American brands and started to produce balanced weights,

It continued its success with social audit inspections, environmental audits and the first certified recycling license.

It started to produce sheet-metal coated concrete weights with the innovation it brought instead of cast metal weights for tractors by signing a first in the automotive sector.

These innovative weights made a splash all over the world and started production.

Today, Uğur Beton produces in a total of 44,500 m² in a 16,000 m² closed area, and Uğur Beton is the patent owner and sole manufacturer of its innovative Tractor weight.

Uğur Beton is today the supplier of all the White Goods companies of the organization in Turkey.
